System Check and bike status

Read component health before a ride or support request.

Run a check

  1. Wake the bike, sensors, and Pods.
  2. Open the bike in Stable > Bike Setup.
  3. Tap Refresh and allow BikeNet to connect to each available component.
  4. Review any Attention recommended or Needs attention item.

What the status means

BikeNet separates problems that need action from normal connection states. Setup required, Firmware required, Error, Needs attention, and Critical battery call for action. Firmware available or Check recommended can usually be handled when convenient.

Not checked, Wake to check, Sleeping, Searching, Not detected, Disconnected, Disabled, and Connecting describe what BikeNet can currently reach. A sleeping sensor is often simply conserving its battery, not reporting a fault. Wake it and refresh before troubleshooting further.

Check individual components

The status list shows every assigned component, its position, its connection state, and whether it connects by NXS, ANT+ through the controller, or Bluetooth directly to the phone. This helps you follow the right connection path when one item is missing.

After correcting a warning, run the check again to confirm it has cleared. If encoder or battery-sanity warnings persist, contact support rather than repeatedly changing the setup.
