You may use our services only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your device and account secure. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt unauthorized access to the services or another person’s information.
Ride safely
BikeNet, BikeNet 2.0, and NXS features do not replace your judgment or responsibility as a rider. Configure devices before riding, obey traffic and trail rules, remain aware of conditions, and interact with your phone only when safely stopped. Maps, routes, sensor data, shifting information, and diagnostics may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on for emergency, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
Accounts and your content
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give OG Bike Works permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services. You represent that you have the right to provide the content you submit.
Beta software
Beta features and test builds may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or result in loss of settings or data. Participation is voluntary. Please back up important information and do not use beta software where failure could create an unsafe condition.
Third-party services
Optional services such as Apple, Google, Shopify, mapping providers, and Strava are governed by their own terms. OG Bike Works is not responsible for third-party services, availability, content, or changes. Connecting a service authorizes the exchanges necessary to perform the feature you selected.
Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the services evolve. We will identify the current version by its effective date. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the software and online services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. OG Bike Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the software or online services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the services at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the services, respond to unlawful conduct, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
