Register

1. Open More > Register Your Device.
2. Confirm or enter the email address support should use.
3. Enter the package serial number from the retail box, or choose Scan QR code.
4. Review the captured value and submit.

Why registration helps

Registration links the serial number on the retail package with your BikeNet account and preferred support email. This helps support and fulfillment identify the product you received when you need assistance.

Registration is separate from creating a bike in Stable or claiming a nearby NXS component. Those steps set up the bike in the app; registering identifies the purchased package.

If the serial is rejected

Type the serial exactly as it is printed, without spaces before or after it. When scanning, place the complete QR code inside the camera frame, use even lighting, and hold the phone steady until it focuses.

If registration still fails, keep the box or a clear photo of its serial label and include the details in a support ticket.
