Connect Strava and upload rides

Connect your Strava account, upload completed rides, and understand which details remain in BikeNet.
In this guide

Connect

  1. Open More > Connections.
  2. Choose Connect for Strava.
  3. Authorize BikeNet in the browser.
  4. Return to BikeNet and refresh the connection if needed.

Upload a ride

When you finish a ride, turn on Upload automatically after saving if you want it sent to Strava as soon as BikeNet finishes processing it. If you prefer to decide later, open the completed ride in History and upload it from there.

After a successful upload, BikeNet stores the Strava activity link with the ride. The link may also appear in the My BikeNet portal.

What remains in BikeNet

Strava receives the activity information supported by the upload format. BikeNet continues to hold NXS shift events, per-gear analysis, system diagnostics, and other BikeNet-specific details that Strava does not display.

Disconnecting Strava stops future access and uploads. It does not remove activities that were already uploaded; delete those from Strava itself if needed.
